Yes. Every business runs on its own isolated Hermes sandbox - isolated knowledge, isolated history. Your chats are never used to train shared models. Encryption in transit is preserved end-to-end from WhatsApp to the agent process.

The agent detects and replies in the language of each customer message. English, Sinhala, Tamil, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, French, German and more work out of the box - it uses the tone it learned from your own replies in that language.
